Various Artists - Dangerhouse [Volume 2] Give Me A Little Pain!

Well Hey! Welcome all two of ya back to THE DIMENSION OF IMAGINATION. It’s been a minute since I posted Dead Or Alive so I figured that it would be cool to actually talk to ya all! 

How The Fuck Are Ya All Doing? Yeah, yeah…I’m good, thanks. 

So I’ve got some more Women In Rock albums and artists to post, ya have seen three of them this past week, thanks for the comments, and there will be a few more to come in the next couple of weeks. Posting, as always, will be punctuated by the odd day or three where I can’t be arsed and I haven’t prepped something. 

Anyhow, back to what you’ve clicked on, more great noise from Dangerhouse Records. It really is a pretty great compilation of these classic late 70's American punk rock singles, an era of music that has become a lot scarcer to find than you might think (even for me) and to be fair, well worth investigating. Great stuff from The Bags, Avengers, X, Weirdos (who sound just like The Clash on "We Got The Neutron Bomb") and best of all The Dils. You see this blog isn’t just thrown together without some kinda theme, which reminds me that I should seek out more from the early LA Punk Scene.
